We are currently seeking a Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join a small finance team in Telford. This role offers flexibility with 3 days a week to start immediately.
Job Spec:
- Manage the purchase ledger, including processing invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Bank reconciliations
- Oversee the sales ledger
- General admin and queries
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to Sage Line 50.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract
Salary:
£12.50-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
