Description

We are working with our client who are a successful aluminium architectural company who specialise in curtain walling, windows and doors in their search for a technical estimator.

This is fantastic opportunity to join a growing business on a permanent basis

Responsibilities:

Producing estimates for a high end manufactured range of architectural glazing systems such as: aluminium windows and doors, curtain walling
Review tender documents and produce high quality tender returns
Utilise specialist estimating software to determine material costs
Liaise and build relationships with clients and help to develop business

The person:

Proven track record of estimating aluminium windows and doors
Experience using software to produce quotes
Experience in the construction industry and understanding of construction tender drawing is essential
A minimum of two years' experience as an Aluminium Estimator is essential
To be able to manage own workload
Proactive, confident and reliable
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
