You will work in a strengths based and creative way with citizens aged 18 to 65 who have care and support needs primarily related to alcohol or substance abuse and who's non-engagement with support is thought to be placing them at significant risk.

Thismay include people who are experiencing issues with their mental health but because of non-engagement they are undiagnosed or not in secondary mental health services.

We are looking for someone who can work well in our friendly and supportive team and who can manage complex cases while demonstrating clear risk analysis and creative strategies for engagement and support.

The role is a 'hybrid' role with some home working and some office working.
