    Sales Process Manager

    We are seeking an experienced Sales Process Manager to oversee the daily management of our sales process.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Daily Sales Process Management: Manage the daily sales process to ensure efficient processing of vehicles while maintaining optimal customer experience.
    • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with Area Sales Managers, Workshop, and Finance Departments to progress vehicle orders and communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding vehicle preparation and invoicing.
    • Liaison with Customers: Liaise with customers regarding vehicle orders and maintain accurate vehicle and customer files for audits.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Produce company and market reports with supporting analysis to inform business decisions.
    • Deputising: Deputise for the Senior Manager Commercial Sales in their absence.

    About You:

    • Business Experience: Essential business sales administration experience is required.
    • Industry Knowledge: Experience within the Automotive industry is desirable, as is a basic understanding of automotive aftersales.
    • Skills and Qualifications: Proficient in general IT applications, specifically Microsoft Office, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with internal and external contacts at all levels.

    Benefits:

    • Competitive Salary: £36,000 basic salary plus annual variable bonus.
