- up to £48,000 + Bonus

The Role
Do you possess strong digital skills coupled with project and CMS management experience? Are you an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive or Assistant Manager ready for the next step in your career? If so, we'd love to hear from you


As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the performance of digital platforms and partner closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive new sales and nurture existing leads to grow revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Create and execute digital campaigns and measure performance.
  • Develop strategies that drive customers to the website.
  • Lead the redesign of the Argyll website including UX, page design and content.
  • Manage external agencies including, SEO, paid media, web development and live chat.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms.
  • Carry out segmentation of the database and implement remarketing strategies.
  • Manage the monthly paid media spend and report on outcomes.
  • Be responsible for keeping the website up to date by personally implementing developments and changes within the Drupal CMS or briefing the web agency to implement more technical requirements.
  • Be the main point of contact within the team in specialist areas such as Click Dimensions, Mailchimp, Live Chat, Ecommerce and Yardi (CRM).
  • Be the project lead for the forthcoming CRM integration and Argyll app.

The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Digital Marketing Manager are:

  • Relevant marketing experience enabling you to take on the lead for the digital marketing function.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with a personable and friendly demeanour.
  • Strong digital skills including experience of managing a CMS and a wideranging Marketing tech stack.
  • HTML fundamentals.
  • Experience managing paid media and SEO agencies.
  • Experience adding content and implementing onsite improvements via CMS (Drupal).
  • Experience working within the Adobe suite, specifically InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Excellent influencing skills: you need to be able to influence others to achieve your goals.
  • Ability to work independently, following and implementing creative guidelines.
