This is an opportunity for an experienced B2B Product Marketing Manager to join an organisation which truly makes a difference to the Healthcare Sector and helps to drive efficiencies within the NHS with some game changing products/services.

This is a globalbusiness with offices in Nottinghamshire however you will have the autonomy to work 100% remotely as long as you can make yourself available for monthly face to face meetings.


Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, you will lead the marketing activities across the UK & Ireland with significant scope to develop and expand your role across the group and globally.

You will be the champion of the Customer Journey, using your creativityand expertise to grab the attention and help influence health service decision makers and senior clinical users.


Supporting the sales and product management teams, you will work autonomously to drive measurable product consideration through comprehensive go-to-market activity across a portfolio of Healthcare Software products.

You will thrive on distilling, craftingand promoting the life-changing impacts that health tech and innovations have on patients and citizens on a national scale, right across the world.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the definition and delivery of marketing, communications and go to market programmes endtoend
  • Prioritising and managing strategic and tactical marketing plans and supporting commercial outcomes
  • Delivering innovative activities to increase new market penetration, launch new products, and supporting customer retention
  • Redefining and testing key messaging and product USPs that are consistent across all channels
  • Developing case studies, thought leadership articles and campaign content
  • Continually amplifying brand awareness, narrative and its equity
  • Managing key delivery partners for collateral and experiences across channels
  • Managing content calendar, monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans across all channels (digital, social, CRM, events, partners)
  • Leading the social media amplification and strategy in the region
  • Designing and producing sponsorship of trade shows and running virtual events
  • Delivering business critical marketing projects and go to market initiatives on time and within budget
  • Reporting against monthly campaign KPIs, analysing and optimising ROI
