My client is an established group of student union's looking for an experienced
Facilities Manager to join their expanding Estates and Facilities team across their various London sites.
The group are looking for an experienced individual with good management of Health and Safety to join their team and help support in following all safety policies and regulations.
Duties include:
- Assist in the training and induction of permanent and student staff as required
- Supporting departmental H&S policies and processes such as risk assessments, H&S training, operations provisions for buildings, fire safety, electrical equipment safety/testing and record keeping;
- Responsible for reporting health & safety related to building maintenance in areas such as fire safety, water safety, cleaning. Liaison with the relevant Health & Safety and Facilities teams at Kings to ensure a joinedup approach across KCLSU spaces onall campuses.
The role will initially be on a temporary basis, based on a salary between 35-42k (dependant o experience), but with the option to become permanent if successful.

To be discussed - 35 hours a week with flexibility
