We are now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Mechanical, Electrical and Construction team.

Whether you have 12 months in the recruitment industry or 12 years, we are looking for someone who we can mould into our way of working.

We tend to stay away from the usual cliché's when advertising a role, cliché's such as Hard working, Money Motivated, Competitive, Ambitious, because we believe that the right person will not need reminding of these qualities already instilled within them.

What we do require however, is someone who is not afraid of rejection

The recruitment industry is one of persistence, and in order to achieve those valuable nuggets of glory and success you will have to be persistent on a daily basis.

What we offer
Monday to Friday (No weekends).

Flexible start times 7am - 4pm or 8:30am - 5:30pm.

Basic Salary:
£22,000 - £25,000 (DOE)

Commission pay.

Performance bonus.

Business expenses paid fortnightly.

Casual dress (Fridays). Smart Casual during the week (Mon-Thurs)

Parking (Multi -Storey Car Park, 2-minute walk from the office).
