Salary £21,189 - £21,968 Per annum | Fixed term till 30 November 2023 Full time 37 hours per week | Pro Rata

Full training will take place at our contact centre in Accrington and equipment will be provided.

After this initial period is complete, you will be able to continue working at our contact centre in Accrington or Preston, or work primarily from home, provided you meet certain technology criteria.


We're Looking for Individuals who:

  • Are passionate about all aspects of customer service.
  • Display excellent communication skills and have the ability to listen whilst providing advice and guidance, addressing concerns and resolving queries.
  • Are highly proficient in the use of ICT systems.
  • Have a positive, cando attitude.
