Helpdesk Scheduling & Planning Coordinator - Facilities - Kent - Up to £26,000

About the Company

We are working with a growing Facilities Management organisation who are looking for an additional Coordinator for their office in North Kent to join their expanding service team.

You will proactively manage reactive and planned engineering tasks scheduling engineers through their CAFM system, undertaking compliance administration work and producing reports on capacity and efficiencies, generating work orders and reports, data inputtingof completed work orders, and service reports.

Helpdesk Scheduling & Planning Coordinator - Requirements & Responsibilities

  • To monitor the engineers workload proactively managing reactive and planned tasks through the CAFM system.
  • To manage the maintenance compliance administration systems.
  • To manage & update computerised PPM and reports for clients
  • Review engineering schedules
  • To manage and produce reports, survey data and general maintenance related business letters.
  • To monitor outstanding work orders and produce backlog reports.
  • Motivate and manage engineering staff and manage their training requirements.
  • Requiring someone who has worked on a helpdesk already and understands scheduling/planning and has worked within an FM or Building services or similar other maintenance environment previously.


This role would suit an Helpdesk Assistant, Help desk Coordinator, Helpdesk Manager, Maintenance Planner, Compliance Co-ordinator, Service co-ordinator, Service assistant, Service Planner, Service Scheduler, or Facilities Assistant.
