£10.42 per hour

Hours:12-hour shifts, 48 hours per week (4 x 12 hour shifts across 7 days)


Location:
The Broomhill Hospital, Holdenby Road, Spratton, Northampton, NN6 8LD

Unit Manager


St Matthews Healthcare is one of the largest mental health service providers in Northamptonshire with locations stretching across West Midlands and East Sussex.

We have been providing compassionate and personal care for over 25 years to our patients and residents in our ever-growing portfolio of 7 specialist care homes and 3 independent mental health hospitals.


We are currently looking for a Company Driver with a genuine interest and desire to assist and support adults with mental health needs.

We require staff that are compassionate and empathetic to the needs of our services.

Main Duties of the Role:


  • Transporting residents, service users and staff to and from St Matthew locations and other destinations as required
  • Assist residents and service users to enter and exit vehicles, operating wheelchair lift as and when required
  • Courier company documents, supplies, equipment etc between St Matthew locations and other destinations as required

We are unable to offer sponsorship for this position, all applicants must have the right to work in the UK, and we accept students who can work up to 20 hours per week._


Qualifications - applicants must have the following:

Essential requirement

  • Full clean UK driving licence, 1year minimum driving experience
