Are you ready to dive into the world of technical support? We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and support customers with their queries.


What will you be doing?
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be at the frontline, providing top-class support to our valued customers.

Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Responding to customer queries and providing assistance with our products
  • Organising and documenting cases in our CRM system for our expert teams
  • Investigating and resolving queries efficiently, making sure our customers are satisfied
  • Collaborating with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure speedy resolution of issues
  • Meeting individual and team targets to keep our customers happy
  • Prioritising tasks and meeting SLAs to ensure smooth operations
  • Contributing ideas to improve our knowledge base and enhance customer experience
  • Being a positive team player, supporting your colleagues and working towards common goals
  • Embodying our IRIS values and representing our brand with professionalism and warmth
  • Taking ownership of your development and continuously expanding your product knowledge
  • Completing essential training to stay updated on data protection regulations.

What are we looking for?

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
