Description
To provide all administrative support necessary to the Estate & Apartment Block Managers in managing a portfolio of properties in the South West.
Provide an efficient, customer focused service, dealing with leaseholder enquiries and reactive maintenance in conjunction with the Estate & Apartment Block Manager.
Key skills
Excellent customer service skills, be a good communicator and plenty of common sense.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and cope well under pressure whilst working as part of a team.
IT literate with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and bespoke Block Management software (training will be given for the latter).
Desired Qualification
Experience in admin/customer service role
General IT Microsoft Office
Accurate spelling/maths
Salary:
£19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
