ARE YOU SMALL WORKS ESTIMATORLOOKING FOR A NEW OPPORTUNITY, THEN WE WANT TO HERE FROM YOU.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing all small works quotations within our washroom division ensuring they are accurate and returned on time.
Completing a monthly cost report highlighting
Working closely with the clients, suppliers and internal managers.
Liaising with specialist subcontractors.
Liaising with clients & project teams.
Monitor submission outcomes and report win rates and ideas to improve.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Ideally form a trades background, although this isn't essential.
Experience in a similar quotation/estimator or operational role with experience in Joinery / Drylining / Partitioning / Suspended Ceilings / Washroom Cubicles installations
Be able to anticipate problems and ensure early intervention and/or escalation.
Possess strong organisational skills and experience of managing multiple functions simultaneously.
Effective teamwork and leadership skills.
Expert knowledge within the construction industry and skilled in client & stakeholder management; people leadership, Project financial control, reporting and data management; Change management; Contract procedures; Quantification and costing of small works up around £100k.
