Use specialist knowledge to interpret policies and procedures to provide advice to operational line managers and staff on a full range of People issues including, employee relations and recruitment and selection.


  • To advise on and implement innovative recruitment/retention solutions as necessary to aid customer workforce plans. This may include designing and participating in recruitment processes, including interviewing, testing and assessment centre implementation. Using data gained from business intelligence to analyse workforce data and provide bespoke solution focused advice on recruitment and retention
  • Plans, collates and gives evidence at various meetings/hearings including disciplinary, grievance, sickness and capability.
  • To analyse and interpret information by compiling complex information into reports for disciplinary, capability hearings, sickness reviews, grievances and workforce related data.
