Soft Landscaping Operative - Team Leader

Archway Green Ltd one of the countries leading soft landscaping companies working primarily in the residential housebuilding sector. We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Team Leaders and operatives to join our rapidly growing team.

Responsibilities will include:

Supervising and leading a small team of operatives
Liaising with Head Office, customers and suppliers and being the onsite contact
Loading and unloading of trees and plants.
Planting of trees and shrubs in gardens.
Turfing & seeding lawns.
Bark mulching

Requirements:

Knowledgeable in all areas of landscaping
Be a team player, ready to help colleagues at all times to promote a positive working environment.
Be selfmotivated, positive and passionate about your work at all times.
Be courteous, approachable and friendly at all times, in this publicfacing role
Be punctual and arrive ready for work, leading by example.
Work in a clean and efficient manner and extreme attention to detail.
Proven experience of working within a landscaping environment and handling and knowledge of plants
Experience of leading and supervising a team
ROLO or CSCS certification
Full Valid Driving Licence
