ABOUT YOU
You will be responsible for leading the creative development of all graphic design within the business. Working very closely with the Head of Creative on the vision and creative direction of the brand.

You will create and develop the brand's graphic strategy and manage the tactical execution, ensuring market leading assets are delivered on time and on budget.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Plan the graphic design strategy and tactical capacity across all platforms (organic socials, all advertising, eCommerce/Shopping, CRM etc.
  • Grow and develop our brand identity and guidelines alongside our Head of Creative and wider creative team.
  • Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery
  • Create graphics for the website, including promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketingrelated projects.
  • Liaise with the full marketing team to execute 360 marketing campaigns.
  • Generating fresh concepts and staying up to date with industry best practice
  • Act as a guide to our junior members of the team, reviewing their work and developing their skill set.
  • Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects
  • Create weekly reports and presentations based on campaigns and KPIs.

Experience/ Skills

  • Highly skilled within Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
  • Excellent practical design skills, including layout and typography for web and print.
  • Experience with Luxury / Aspirational / Apparel in a DTC / Fast Growth environment
  • Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of digital and social media marketing with an interest in new & emerging trends.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to inspire and influence people across the whole business.
  • Ability to translate business goals into innovative, meaningful, and differentiated digital, interactive, social and viral brand experiences.
  • Proactive in identifying issues, exploring and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Ability to manage many projects at a time.
  • An approach that demonstrates a passion for great design and shows stylistic breath, attention to detail, and usability.
  • A pulse on what is relevant in culture, design and technology and can push for and help set trends.
