1. *Certification Compliance:
- Utilize your JCI or NABH certification to guide and ensure compliance with international or national accreditation standards.
- Keep abreast of updates and changes in accreditation requirements, implementing necessary adjustments.
2. *Policy Development and Implementation:
- Develop, review, and implement policies and procedures that align with JCI or NABH standards.
- Ensure staff awareness and adherence to established quality protocols.
3. *Quality Audits:
- Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with accreditation standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
4. *Training and Education:
- Provide education and training to staff on quality standards, protocols, and best practices.
- Facilitate ongoing learning to ensure a culture of continuous improvement.
5. *Risk Management:
- Implement risk management strategies to prevent and address potential quality issues.
- Analyze incidents and collaborate with relevant departments to develop preventative measures.
6. *Data Collection and Analysis:
