Hark Recruitment are recruiting for one of the biggest meat producers in the UK, based in Hull. Our client is looking for perm role Cutters/ De-Boners/Trimmers to work on their busy site in Preston (near Hull).


Duties of Cutters/De-Boners/Trimmers:

  • Working on various lines in a factory environment
  • Deboning and trimming pork legs / shoulders
  • Removing all bone chips and cartilage from legs / shoulders
  • Following Health & Safety policy.

Requirements for Cutters/De-Boners/Trimmers:

  • Previous meat experience
  • Knife skills block test will be required as part of interview process
  • Good work ethic

Further details of the role:

  • Pay rate: £760 per week for fully skilled operatives


  • Working hours: Monday

  • Friday 06:00 16:00
  • Location: Preston (Hull)
