Phuel Oil Tools Limited design, build and supply bespoke market leading Wireline Pressure Control Equipment.

Our services are offered to major clients within the international oil and gas industry in the UK, Europe, and Middle East.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Plan, organise and manage all activities related to the document control functions.
  • Liasing with Clients, Engineering team, Production team and Third Party Inspectors as required to ensure documentation is accurate
  • Review Material Certificates against company specifications and file in the system
  • Prepare NDT reports and file when completed, review and file in the system
  • Allocate critical parts to work orders according to production records
  • Create customer documentation packs as part of the production process
  • Upload client documents to customer online portal
  • Control the release of operating manuals to the clients portal
  • Create EC declaration documents (from an existing template)
  • Help out other members of the team as necessary so that the company can achieve its targets to the satisfaction of its customers.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
