Product Manager - £60,600 - Remote (UK Residents Only)

The Opportunity
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with one of UKs largest union and professional bodies. We are supporting them to recruit a Product Manager to join their dynamic and fast-growing company.

What the Product Manager will be doing

Developing and executing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy
Conducting market research to identify customer needs and inform product development.
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams including design, engineering, and sales to bring products to market.
Tracking product performance and making datadriven recommendations for improvements
Staying current on industry trends and competitor activity to inform product strategy.

What the successful Product Manager bring to the team

Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a successful track record of launching and scaling products.
Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with crossfunctional teams.
Experience working in a fastpaced, agile environment.
