We are looking for talented Pilot Training Specialist to join our creative Digital Learning Team.

You will be responsible for designing competency-based training for early career Cadets in the ab-initio space to develop future competent commercial pilots.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Identify and document training requirements as part of broader learning analysis
  • Analyze training requirements to write learning objectives, outlines, and training syllabus
  • Design training course outlines, and storyboards for early pilot career training
  • Develop ICAO, EASA ATPL/100 KSA, FAA Part 141 training materials
  • Write and publish training materials and supporting documentation adhering to standards, processes, and branding guidelines
  • Review comments and collaborate with the team to reconcile conflicting inputs
  • Coordinate stakeholder review of materials
  • Research, document, and provide technical information to support and update established processes

Required Education, Skills, and Experience:


  • Experience as a ground/flight instructor
  • Experience developing Pilot Training material

Preferred Skills/Experience:


  • Pilot/Instructor with EASA/CAA APTL
  • Part 141 Experience
  • Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) or Type Rating Instructor (TRI)
  • Competency based Training Assessments (CBTA)

Preferred Qualifications:


Degree in:

  • Aviation
  • Education
  • Instructional Design
  • English
  • Psychology
