If so, RecruitUK is working with a thriving Financial Planning practice in London that is seeking an Associate Financial Planning Administrator.

You will work directly with the Financial Planning Technical specialists and management team with administrativesupport ensuring client satisfaction and exceptional service are at the heart of your duties.

This role would suit someone with an interest in financial planning, pensions, tax, retirement, estate planning, and protection and working in a busy and supportive team to provide a key service to clients.

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

Provide ad-hoc administrative support
Update and maintain systems, products, and panels.
Complete adviser agreements.
Liaise with third party providers.
Maintain and update documents.
Coordinate training activities.
Coordinate training materials.
Analyse data report requests.

Skills and experience required:

Previous experience and knowledge of the Financial Services Industry
Interest in Financial Planning or the Financial Service industry.
Degree level or relevant industry experience within tax/pensions etc.
Proficient with IT software such as Microsoft packages.
Strong work ethic and communication skills.
