Early Careers and Skills Administrator

Job Title:
Early Careers and Skills Administrator**
Location:Portsmouth

Salary:
Up to £27,500 depending on skills and experience


What you'll be doing:


  • Maintain learner records via our management information systems (Yeti).
  • Support the registration / enrolment process
  • Assist in the preparation of progress and probation reviews.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of recruitment and selection.
  • Work collaboratively with the Education Services team to assist in the planning, preparation of delivery of open days.
  • Arrange travel for apprentices
  • Provide safeguarding support to learners embarked on our early career's programmes

Your skills and experiences:


Essential:

  • A willingness to access additional training and development, including qualifications if appropriate
  • Evidence of success in building and developing positive working relationships
  • Proven basic IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, and ability to learn new systems
  • Flexibility and a willingness to undertake varied responsibilities working alone or as part of a team.
  • Similar background in School/ College Administration

Desirable:

  • Experience of maintaining accurate computerised records and systems including inputting to and maintaining data systems.
  • Experience of working with an education management information system.
