Job Title:
Early Careers and Skills Administrator**
Location:Portsmouth

Salary:
Up to £27,500 depending on skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
- Maintain learner records via our management information systems (Yeti).
- Support the registration / enrolment process
- Assist in the preparation of progress and probation reviews.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of recruitment and selection.
- Work collaboratively with the Education Services team to assist in the planning, preparation of delivery of open days.
- Arrange travel for apprentices
- Provide safeguarding support to learners embarked on our early career's programmes
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- A willingness to access additional training and development, including qualifications if appropriate
- Evidence of success in building and developing positive working relationships
- Proven basic IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, and ability to learn new systems
- Flexibility and a willingness to undertake varied responsibilities working alone or as part of a team.
- Similar background in School/ College Administration
Desirable:
- Experience of maintaining accurate computerised records and systems including inputting to and maintaining data systems.
- Experience of working with an education management information system.
