Are you an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer ?

Have you provided 3rd line technical support ?

Would you like to work for a company who are continuing to grow their IT centre of excellence in Glasgow ?

If so I have a fantastic role for you with my client who is a market leading provider of outsourced contact center services and software solutions for several of the world's most successful brands.

Responsibilities include:

Providing 3rd line technical support across the IT Infrastructure environment including cloud technologies
You will be tasked with daytoday support and troubleshooting of issues within the company's infrastructure services ensuring you work within agreed SLA's within an ITIL environment.
You will be involved in a variety of Infrastructure projects spanning from daytoday operational improvements to new service delivery solutions.
You will be a seasoned Infrastructure professional with indepth experience across a range of infrastructure platforms and understand telephony systems.
Alongside an extensive technical knowledge, you will have experience of working with a variety of highlevel stakeholders to represent the Infrastructure function at Group level and will contribute to overall IT strategy.

Required skills:

Experience of administration and troubleshooting within Office 365, Azure, Private and Avaya cloud.
Experience migrating workloads to cloud platforms.
Solid Experience of powershell, scripting and automation.
Solid Experience with MS Windows Server

- configuration and support.

Excellent Virtualisation skills
VMware vSphere and Hyper-V, Remote desktop.
ITIL Foundation Level Certified is desirable
Exposure to telephony systems would be an advantage including Avaya, NICE and Noetica contact centre systems
