Purpose of the Position:
This position will support all aspects of Omexom Institute administration by carrying out general office and training administration.
The role involves working within the Institute team, whilst also interfacing on a regular basis with our Human Resources and business unit teams to ensure optimum training delivery.
The jobholder will contribute to the continuous development of the Omexom Institute through flexibility and adaptability to meet business requirements.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Including, but not limited to the following:
- Support the daily running of the Castleford premise, including classroom set up, housekeeping and facilities management.
- Support the Omexom Institute team in all administration requirements, including the booking of training, creating training materials and managing employee queries.
- Act as a contact for all visitors and training attendees at the Castleford premises.
- Update the BIStrainer system regularly to maintain training records
- Support with the BIStrainer calendar across the business and ensuring training attendance is monitored and reported.
- Assist with general administration associated with the running of training courses and the Castleford premises.
- Support with content creation using internal software

Qualifications and experience
The jobholder must be a results focused self-starter with the enthusiasm, motivation and initiative to succeed in this role, possessing:

- Possess the ability to use your initiative to ensure new skills and tasks are picked up easily.

From £6.40 per hour
