Job Role- Administration Jobs- Contract Type- Perm- Location- UK- Salary- £24,000- Date Added- 11/07/2023- Date Expires- 08/08/2023- Industry- Business Services We are currently recruiting for an established global business, who are looking to develop their client and customer support team, bringing on an Administrator to handle specific enquiries and build strong working relationships with their existing and growing customer base.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your previous experience in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment within a welcoming team, and may offer long-term opportunity for development within the organisationThis is a full-time, permanent role paying up to £24k depending on experience. There is free on-site parking and the opportunity to work from home long-term.
- Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Working with the team to develop strong working relationships with customers, building rapport and ensuring queries and requests are handled in a timely manner
- Scheduling meetings and visits, producing reports and
- Updating contracts and service agreements, processing renewals, and monitoring and updating the database with any changes
- Ensuring the internal CRM system is uptodate and accurate at all times
- Producing and sending out invoices, raising purchase orders and liaising with the finance departments to handle general accounts queries
- Regularly liaising with internal sales, technology and finance departments as well as external stakeholders on a daily basis
- Undertaking any additional administrative duties to support the wider team
