POSITION PURPOSE AND PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES


Tropicana Brands Group (TBG) is a recently formed joint venture between leading private equity firm PAI Partners and one of the world largest food and beverages companies, PepsiCo.

TBG is home to the world's most iconic juice brands (Tropicana, Naked, Copellaetc.), reaching millions of consumers a day around the world.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and highly commercial eCommerce specialist to lead a strategic growth channel and TBG Marketing and Online Content


The role sits within the eComm team and will own the development of Brand eComm Content & the management of online assets.

This role will partner closely with Marketing to ensure optimal omni-channel execution through to online, and lead the analytics andROI of the online media plans.

The role will be targeted on delivering optimised media assets and will partner with the eGrocery National Account Manager, Customer teams and Media partners to implement with the trade.

You will need to become a key point ofcontact between Marketing and Sales functions in order to deliver against the highestgrowth projectionsacross the business.


You will also work on cross-functional projects to maximise internal knowledge of the customers and work very closely with the marketing team to deliver and develop impactful marketing campaigns, media activations and ensure the accounts have the right planfocused on visibility, search, and promotion.


The main accountabilities of the role are:
Own the development and creation of brand media assets to be executed on online platforms
Develop and deliver execution for all Marketing programmes, NPD and base initiatives, in line with internal expectations and targets.
Develop deep execution expertise and leverage Digital Analytics to inform optimal design linked to brand and commercial objectives
Partner with customer eComm leads to optimise media assets, including format and placement, to maximise ROI and brand KPI's
Identify new areas for growth, developing plans which create new opportunities.
Lead the development of online execution insights to embed a continuous improvement approach within the team
Champion the eComm agenda internally to build and integrate market leading eComm capability into the DNA of TBG

As an eComm function, develop an 'eComm first' strategy to determine where to play and how to win across the channel.

Develop cross-functional relationships both internally and externally: Net Revenue Management, Shopper Marketing, Category Management, eComm, Customer Insights, Marketing & Finance
