Finance Assistant

Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a fantastic, forward-thinking business in their search for a Finance Assistant.

This is a newly created role within a warm and welcoming accounts team. As this is a newly created role, there is scope for you to craft the role into your own.

This role will involve:

  • Daily bank accounts reconciliation.
  • Maintain sales and purchase ledger.
  • Monthly payment runs.
  • Journal entries.
  • Monthly credit cards statements issue and reconciliation.
  • Manage employee expense claims.
  • Support the preparation and processing of monthly payroll.

Experience required:

  • Experience working within a varied accounts role.
  • Strong IT skills to include use of accountancy software and Excel.
  • Selfstarter who can work collaboratively and independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solution orientated approach.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
