Reports into Apprenticeship Operations Manager


OBJECTIVE

To onboard apprentices onto BPP Apprenticeship programmes for some of the largest professional and financial services firms in the country.

Assist the apprentices through the admissions/ onboarding process, to ensure that the
learners are signed up with the correct compliance documents and handover to the Funding Team in a timely manner.

Be responsible for ensuring the ESFA funding rules are adhered to by screening the eligibility of all learners that wish to enrol with BPP.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Onboarding

  • Checking and confirming eligibility of apprentices and auditing compliance
documents before handover to the Funding Team

  • Work closely with Relationship Managers and Account Manager to smooth
onboarding of their client's apprentice intake

  • Ensure folders are saved into the respective locations and compliance checks
are completed

  • Daily monitoring of the Apprenticeship Onboarding mailbox
  • Monitoring of apprenticeship bookings, replying to any queries and ensuring
the bookings team are aware in advance of upcoming bookings

  • The Exec will work across a number of systems
General

  • Providing first line support for all learners and line managers
  • Management of enquiries incoming via group mailboxes within agreed SLAs
  • Assisting with the day to day
  • Ad hoc reporting or requests
Skills, knowledge, qualifications required for job

  • Excellent communication with a positive telephone manner and the ability to
build rapport and maintain empathy with students and clients

  • Ability to effectively manage client and internal stakeholder relationships,
promptly responding to queries, ensuring expectations are managed

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to create and maintain accurate/accessible and organised
documentation

including Excel and tracking tools to support this role

  • Must be comfortable working within defined Key Performance Indicators and
Service Levels
