Live Life Smiling are looking for a part / full-time dental receptionist to join our fast-growing private practice.

This is an excellent opportunity to join our professional organisation and become a valuable part of a friendly team helping to deliver an important service.

You will be required to provide a reliable, efficient, and timely front of house service to ensure practice exceed patient expectations at every visit and provide a first-class customer experience.

A smart appearance, an organised manner and the ability to stay calm under pressure would be welcome in this role.

You will need to be a highly motivated, friendly, caring individual with a confident approach to work, colleagues and patients.

Great spoken and written communication skills are essential, alongside a cheery and empathic nature. You will need to promote a professional image always and be knowledgeable about the services the practice provides.

Experience of working in a dental/ medical service role would be advantageous including using a computerised diary management system to book, switch and cancel appointments, along with operating internal booking systems and general I.T skills.
