We are working on a exclusive role here at SCr2r.

We are looking to appoint a Head of Compliance / Ops consultant to support a business in its key function as a recruitment business reporting directly to the MD.

This role involves


Managing the compliance team and overseeing the function, making sure all the necessary job sites are live, any renewals, such as DBS etc are kept on top off as well as making sure the compliance team are following protocol.


You would also oversea any ops duties, such as managing the MD's diary, booking events, note taking and any other office management duties.

Policy updating for the business, supplier contact and some hr admin duties.


This is a varied role and does require someone who has great organisation and time management skills and also someone who doesn't mind mucking in to support the growth of the business.


Salary:
£35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
