Role Description
Provide technical support to the production teams, ensuring current product quality & safety standards are maintained and enhanced where appropriate

.

Working with the Production Management team to build relationships, develop trust and promote a quality first culture therefore enabling the effective and sustainable transfer of Quality responsibilities to the site through a programme of education and training.

Ensue the Production Stream is working in line with the requirements of OPEX MS and acting upon the non-conformances raised by the Central Group Audit.

Develop technical excellence at all levels within operations, through a programme of training, coaching, and mentoring to enable sustainable high performance against Quality standards.

Ensure operational team has strong technical knowledge on GMP, Allergen Control, Quality system procedures.

Skills and Experience

Sound working knowledge of BRC and industry regulations.
Extensive experience and knowledge of food safety and quality management systems
Experience in leading audits and proven track record in leading others

You will be a results-focused individual, with the ability to influence others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong analytical focus and problem-solving skills. Able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to deal with conflict and difficult situations.
