This exciting opportunity is for the role of Graduate Management Trainee in Liverpool.

As part of our programme, you will gain comprehensive knowledge about our marketing business, starting from the basics and progressing through each department to understand their vital contributions to our overall success.

Additionally, you will undergo a well-rounded training experience, including professional marketing and sales training.


Responsibilities:


  • Acquire indepth knowledge about our business, the market, and our products/services/causes.
  • Engage in a program of professional sales training that will equip you with the necessary tools and skills to excel in a successful sales career.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute successful marketing campaigns that deliver results.
  • Foster strong relationships and deliver outstanding customer service to both new and existing customers
  • Manage existing sales accounts, identify growth opportunities, and maximise profitability.

  • Present yourself professionally, with a strong focus on sales.
  • Possess excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Demonstrate tenacity, drive, and motivation towards financial goals.
