We are recruiting for an Aftersales and Operations Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding team


As the Aftersales and Operations Coordinator you will have an integral role supporting both the Operations and Customer Support Teams.

Assisting in the day-to-day coordination of the operational activities of the business. Monitor and control business operations to meet customer expectations and achieve our company goals. Liaise with both the customer and VP management team to ensure a successful service delivery. Work within the Customer Support Team to assist with the remedial quotes.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • To manage the data entry of our field management software (scheduling tool)
  • To assist the operations team by helping to overcome any service delivery challenges
  • To liaise with customers and suppliers (where necessary) to organise jobs and confirm working schedules
  • To assist the Customer Support team with Remedial Quotes
  • Regular follow up of existing enquiries to keep CRM system up to date and maximise sales opportunities
  • To organise and file all relevant service documentation
  • Involvement in the parts ordering process where necessary
  • To develop a good understanding of the industry and our services
  • To contribute to the continuous improvement of internal business processes to ensure that the service provided is always at the highest possible standard
  • To focus on achieving individual and team objectives
  • To work positively and communicate professionally across the team, providing an effective contribution to work tasks
  • Undertake any other duties or tasks that may reasonably be assigned
  • To manage your own personal development and seek opportunities for career development within the business

Person Specification

  • Previous experience of proactive, outbound sales activity
  • Ability to quickly establish and where appropriate further develop effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Selfmotivated and able to focus on generating opportunities and outcomes
  • Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel and Word)
  • Excellent communication, verbal and written, skills
  • Be able to plan and organise workload
  • The ability to solve problems
  • Be able to learn quickly and show a genuine interest in the business
  • Be able to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • Shows selfmotivation and initiative
  • Is positive and enthusiastic
  • Desirable skills and experience:_
  • Current and valid UK driving licence

Next Steps


The role is due to commence ASAP after the offer has been made, but we can be flexible with the start date depending on prior commitments.
