Our client based in Weybridge is seeking a temporary payroll administrator to come on-board for 3 months. This role would suit someone with intermediate Excel skills and an interest in payroll admin


Duties:


  • Data Input ahead of payroll
  • Updating employee information changes
  • Updating employee holiday records
  • Administrative support for payroll
  • Maintaining, updating and adding employee details
  • Holiday Reporting
  • Setting up new Starters on the system
  • Uploading Timesheets

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Good IT Skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A Fast, Accurate and Meticulous processor
  • Approachable, friendly, organised and goal oriented
  • Superb administration skills
