Our client based in Weybridge is seeking a temporary payroll administrator to come on-board for 3 months. This role would suit someone with intermediate Excel skills and an interest in payroll adminDuties:
- Data Input ahead of payroll
- Updating employee information changes
- Updating employee holiday records
- Administrative support for payroll
- Maintaining, updating and adding employee details
- Holiday Reporting
- Setting up new Starters on the system
- Uploading Timesheets
Knowledge and Skills:
- Good IT Skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A Fast, Accurate and Meticulous processor
- Approachable, friendly, organised and goal oriented
- Superb administration skills
