Role Overview
A 3 month AML Administrator role located in Peterborough working within the Savills UK Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") compliance team.


This demanding role within a high volume environment is to liaise with internal / external stakeholders and third parties to organise new and in progress work in support of the team of AML Analysts who undertake client due diligence ("CDD") in accordance with the Money Laundering Regulations for Savills UK clients and counterparties.


Key Responsibilities
Organisation of central compliance mailboxes to ensure timely response to Fee Earners and prioritisation of work

Review new client 'Prospects' within the Dynamics AX AML Compliance work queue in accordance with department target timescales.

Work with Savills systems (Dynamics CRM / REAPIT) to identify client checks requiring completion / update current status

Set up of filing system for each client as required

Creation and set up of new client checks in AML risk assessment system (Compliance Catalyst) for completion by AML Analysts

Update of AML registers in SharePoint

Liaise with clients and client representatives in a professional, polite and respectful manner fitting of a Savills employee

Production of Management Information relating to workflows for use by Analysts, Supervisors and Management.

Other duties as assigned

Occasional travel between Savills offices may be required

Key Skills

Strong administration, research and problem solving experience

  • Proven track record of working to deadlines in an office environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels
  • High attention to detail, organisation skills and workload prioritisation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Selfstarter, who relishes challenges and strives for the best
  • Focussed: commits to challenging goals and delivers consistently against these
  • Strong team player: builds relationships and consults with others, quickly establishes trust and credibility
  • Prior experience in a similar role is desirable.
