About The Role:
With a clear vision on how to improve outcomes, Hesley Group are looking to appoint a Policy Officer to join the Quality Department.
The main duties of the role are to operate a system for Hesley Group's portfolio of up-to-date and accessible policy folders, templates and all other working documents plus supporting the Policy and Regulation Manager by coordinating the production of all new, existing and revised policies and other working documents.
Working with the Policy and Regulations Manager you will need to ensure policies are compliant with legislation and regulatory guidance.
This will require ability to research and summarise key points for inclusion relevant to the area of policy being reviewed.
- By liaising with the relevant 'expert' you will ensure policies meet statutory and regulative guidance prior to finalising the document.
About You:
Strong organisational skills are paramount to this role as you must be able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines accordingly.
Skills in Microsoft Word (including the use of restricted permissions/creation of forms) and also Adobe Professional are essential requirements for this post.
Previous use of Microsoft SharePoint would be an advantage but the ability to adapt and implement new systems is extremely important as we move towards integration within a more accessible platform over the coming months.
You will need to have experience of writing and reviewing policy in a health or social care services setting.Interviews will take place on 21st and 22nd September
