Founded in 1963, Koshary El Tahrir is a family-owned and operated restaurant that specializes in authentic Egyptian Koshary. We are proud to have recently opened our first branch in London.
At Koshary El Tanrir, we are passionate about sharing the flavors and traditions of Egypt with our customers.
Our signature dish is koshary, a hearty and delicious combination of rice, lentils, pasta, chickpeas and fried onions that is beloved by Egyptians and visitors alike.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to food safety protocols.
- Follow recipes accurately.
- Prepare food in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate with wait staff and customers about menu items.
- Be able to work in a fastpaced environment.
