They ensure the safety and security of our residents, staff and external visitors - responding to incidents, emergencies and supporting the day to day running of our services.

As part of a team, you'll be responsible for maintaining building and grounds security, while continually providing a safe environment in which the residents can enjoy life.

Residents are at the heart of what we do and the Estates and Porter team enjoy their day to day contact with our them.

You'll possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This is a very varied role - we will train you as a fire marshal; you'll manage waste and recycling collection; support in extreme weathers; assist with site events; drive company vehicles for collections and deliveries; check resident pendants; support postal deliveries, and so much more

Essential requirements:
Driving Licence ( D1 on driving license-desirable)
