The Opportunity:
This post is full-time (35 hours per week), however, we welcome part-time or flexible working pattern requests, making it ideal for someone looking to balance work with other commitments.
Our team provide a broad suite of services including recruitment support, administrative, events, committee, and finance support.
This means the successful Administrative Assistant will have a rich and varied workload, contributing to a range of tasks critical to the smooth running of ISG.
What the job involves:
- Copiloting all stages of our recruitment process, proactive monitoring of all stages to ensure smooth and timely processing, in particular job offers and contract generation.
- Supporting a diverse selection of committees and Groups across ISG Directorates.
- Provide financial support service including customer invoicing, internal recharging, and support with People & Money procurement.
- Able to provide a highlevel of customer service in a busy environment with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Evidence of a 'can do' attitude and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to learn complex multistep and multistage processes.
- An appreciation of the need for tact and confidentiality.
- A team player, comfortable with hybrid working and a matrix management structure.
