You'll help manage store operations, ensuring that customer care is nothing less than excellent - and that financial goals are met.

This role is suitable for an Optical Assistant or Optical Supervisor who is looking to take the next step into management.

Training will be provided and the position will eventually lead into a shop floor manager role.

We are looking for someone with solid experience in the optical industry, so you know exactly what a superb store looks like.

You'll work to this ideal, raising aspirations and standards; so, the whole team strives for excellence. Leadership skills are crucial. You'll need to be approachable and supportive but also persuasive and convincing. On top of this, you'll need strong commercial acumen and an organised approach.
