SF Recruitment have partnered with an organisation in Redditch who are recruiting an HR Advisor on a 3 month (potentially longer) basis starting immediately.

The role offers hybrid working (Tuesday and Wednesdays in the office and the rest from home) and is perfect for an HR generalist.

This role is initially for 3 months but could be extended beyond this point.

Responsibilities will include:

Supporting the HR function with any day to day duties
Managing ER cases i.e. disciplinaries/grievances etc
Employee lifecycle
Maintaining employee records
Supporting with onboarding
HR Administration
Day to day generalist HR tasks

Redditch, Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Stourbridge, Worcester, Kidderminster, Birmingham, Solihull, Alcester
