We're looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our Head Office in Kings Hill.

This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient and smooth operations of the sales and distribution process.

Our Sales Support Administrators are an integral link between various departments and stakeholders, facilitating the sales process from end to end.

Responsibilities include:

Customs documentation on EU Imports.
Detailed Purchase Order setup.
Maintain and monitor Vessel Arrivals to the relevant department.
Maintain Supplier shipment details.
Stock reconciliation.
Coordinate Transport requirements from port to warehouse, and between our main site and thirdparty stores.
Sales Order processing.
Purchase invoice referencing and processing.
Customer contact.
Rejections / returns management.
QC liaison.
Proactive problem solving.
Commercial awareness.

Experience we look for:

Strong administrative background.
Prior experience of the working within the supply chain industry.
Knowledge of fresh produce would be advantageous.
Intermediate excel skills.
Strong communication skills.
