HR Business Partner - Top national law firm - £80k
A leading national law firm are seeking a HR Business Partner to oversee the southern region (3 in total) to provide expert HR advice to Partners, Managers and staff

The role is new to the firm and there is plenty of scope to implement and influence


Salary around £80,000 and 2 days working from home
You will manage 2 HR Advisors alongside the follow core duties:

  • Build/maintain relationships with internal clients
  • Lead the roll out of HR projects/change initiatives
  • Champion the firms culture
  • Identify and action HR interventions
  • Provide strategic and operational advice
  • Identify and implement performance improvements
  • Collate, measure and action internal feedback via surveys
  • Provide intel on any recruitment requirements


To be considered for this role, you will need significant HR Business Partner experience, ideally gained within a legal environment.
