Day Hours:
Morning Shift


Salary:
£30,000


Required:


  • Excellent customer care (face to face/over the phone)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Interested in logistics/movement of freight

Key Duties:

Working Alongside the international department colleagues to ensure customer journey is too the highest standard

Managing accounts for all Exports related business

Developing the Exports Service that the business has to offer

Assisting with Import business as and awhen needed

Vessel and Airline tracking and communicating to customers, suppliers alike regarding changes

Communicating with Shipping and Airlines for Customs procedures

Communicating with hauliers to book and complete collections

All administration of customer bookings

Handling new and existing customer queries Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience of Freight Forwarding Imports in sea freight industry

  • Must be able to prioritise and organise own workload with attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office package
  • Must be flexible with their working hours
