A brief overview of the role:

  • Process each sales order from receipt through to shipment and invoice (to be sent to customer).
  • Work in close partnership with our EU 3PL provider to ensure an impeccable customer experience.
  • Submit stock reports for purchasing meetings and process stock purchase orders that are agreed during the meeting.
  • Maintain the purchase order schedule keeping in close contact with key suppliers to ensure an efficient stock management system.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Arrange despatch of outbound sample packages.
  • Maintain company compliance records (ISO/H&S) as well as product compliance records
  • Complete and send inbound order files to the EU warehouse in advance of deliveries
  • Ensure all shipments are on schedule to impact any customer delivery dates
  • Work closely with our manufacturing partners to check purchase orders are on schedule
  • Confirm with manufacturers products that are needing to be shipped to the EU warehouse and those needing to go to the UK warehouse
  • Assist in regular price checking exercises with 3rd party providers
  • Keep track of any part shipped purchase orders from the factory
  • Used Unleashed to provide relevant reports and maintain purchasing/sales system
