About the Role:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and caring Bank Staff to join our nursery team. As a valued member of our flexible staff pool, you'll support the team by covering staff absences, supporting ratios, and helping deliver our EYFS-based curriculum with energy and enthusiasm.

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 6 months to 5 years
• Create a safe, stimulating environment that encourages children's development
• Work collaboratively with the team to support daily routines, activities, and learning outcomes
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times

We're Looking For:

• Qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) desired
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach
• Passion for child development and play-based learning
