Responsibilities:
- Provide weekly reporting to clients
- Troubleshoot technical issues for clients
- Onboard new customers to the platform
- Set up contracts for new customers
- Provide administrative support for the rest of the team
Requirements:
- We don't need any formal training or education just a willingness to learn
- Strong technical and administrative skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, startup environment
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£21,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
