HR Project Manager
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Project Manager to join our client based in Egham.
The successful HR Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Working with key stakeholders including senior management, HR colleagues, academic staff, other professional services and trade unions
  • Proactively leading the project identifying key stakeholders, arranging, and facilitating workshops and using their own knowledge to input into design
  • Concurrently lead a project to a review the College's academic probation policy and process to identify and improve the process and ensure synergy between promotion, probation, and performance review
  • Updating relevant policies and develop practical implementation support and guidance as required to enable delivery of the project
  • Develop management information and distribution methods to ensure success of project work
  • Preparing a range of briefings and reports

The HR Project Manager will have:

  • Degree level education
  • CIPD qualification to level
  • Strong working knowledge of employment legislation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and IT skills
  • Strong presentation skills
